Community well-being

Wild Gathering’s community well-being programme supports nature connection and mental and physical wellbeing through gentle, evidence-informed mindful activities. Our NatureWell and seasonal workshops take place in community gardens across Worthing and Adur, using the natural environment to help participants feel relaxed, restored and revitalised.

Our sessions offer

  • Guided nature connection practices designed to reduce stress and support ways of being in the moment

  • Creative, sensory activities that encourage curiosity, play and connection.

  • Practical breathing, grounding and movement exercises to wake us up and improve mood and energy.

  • Simple resilience-building tools that participants can carry into home, work and family life.

  • Sessions tailored to diverse groups and abilities, with accessible approaches and supportive facilitation.

Where and when

  • Regular NatureWell sessions and seasonal workshops run in community gardens in Worthing and Adur.

  • Small group sizes to create a safe, inclusive atmosphere and enable meaningful connections.
