What kind of group work do you offer?
Wild Gathering offers a range of group activities, including NatureWell courses, seasonal wellbeing programs, and staff wellbeing days. While the focus may vary, each experience provides a chance to connect with your senses and slow down through mindful walks, creative projects using natural materials, WordArt, wildlife habitat creation, and more. All activities are inspired by the 5 Pathways to Nature Connection.
How much do group events cost?

What can I expect from a one-to-one ecotherapy session?
Both Kate and Sian offer one to one ecotherapy sessions. We will set up a phone call so we can find out more about each other and send over a questionnaire, asking about your mental and physical health, any past conditions or issues and how you relate to nature in your regular life.
This phone call will be completely confidential and you won’t be under any obligation to start working with Sian or Kate, if it doesn’t feel right for any reason.
We will co-create our sessions. Starting with resourcing, spending some time in nature, where we can try some activities that will help relax, resource and ultimately, revitalise you. After that, if you want to go deeper, we can start to work with issues that you feel are problematic.
Some of this will feel like talking therapy, but some of it won’t. We will work with mindfulness and sensory awareness and we may try completely different things; like creative activities, breathing exercises and rituals.
How much does it cost?
I charge £65 for a 1.5 hour session. I also offer a block of six sessions for £360 (saving you £30). I would really recommend that you book for the block because, as with any form of therapy, it takes a while to feel the benefits.
Is it possible to do ecotherapy online?
Yes, this is possible and worth discussing in our initial conversation. Each session, you’ll be encouraged to spend time in nature near where you live and try out different activities. This could be in your own backyard, the local park, or even by a tree on your street. The aim is to help you build an emotional connection with the natural world right on your doorstep, which can be incredibly powerful. You will be asked to share feedback from one session to the next.
Where are you based?
Sian and Kate both live in Worthing, West Sussex between the sea and South Downs National Park. We are available to run events all over the UK.
