Staff well-being

Wild Gathering’s staff well-being programmes encourage a deeper connection with nature, providing engaging nature based activities. From mindful walks and learning relaxation, restoring and revitalising opportunities each experience supports slowing down and a stronger connection to the natural world. Facilitated by Sian and Kate, these experiences harness nature’s healing qualities which promote well being.

Wild Gathering has worked with various organisations to support staff wellbeing, including MIND, Going Local, (Social Prescribing Service in Worthing), Carers Support West Sussex, and the Chichester Social Prescribing Service.

We also took part in a nature connection staff well-being pilot with NHS Forest, Sustainable Healthcare delivering NatureWell programmes to NHS staff teams across Sussex and Kent to help support their wellbeing after COVID.

Our feedback…

Thank you Sian and Kate. After the workshop I felt so relaxed and connected to nature. I loved slowing down and making a circle of wholeness with natural materials’.
